Foot-health education should be practical and evidence-informed.
Save Feet India translates recognised clinical guidance into clear public information. It does not replace individual assessment, diagnosis or treatment.
How we develop our education
Our public information is shaped by established clinical guidance, diabetes education and preventive foot-health principles. We aim to make the information understandable for individuals, families, workplaces and health professionals in India.
Prevention first
We emphasise early observation, suitable footwear, timely assessment and practical daily habits—not waiting until a problem becomes serious.
Clear warning signs
New wounds, spreading redness, marked swelling, colour change, fever, severe pain or difficulty walking need prompt professional assessment.
Individual needs matter
Advice may differ for people with diabetes, poor circulation, reduced sensation, deformity, previous ulcers, persistent pain or mobility concerns.
Education supports care
Good education helps people ask better questions and act earlier. It does not replace advice from a qualified clinician.
